This listing is for a beautifully hand painted Arabia of Finland serving platter in Rosmarin pattern. The robust form of this piece has simple, laconic lines and just the perfect amount of surface decoration added by hand painted abstract floral band in the center of the plate. Love the skillfully executed surface painting!
This pattern was created by Ulla Procope and manufactured between 1971 and 1984. The platter measures about 13” in diameter. It is thick and substantial and would be perfect for either practical or decorative use. The piece is in good vintage condition. There are no structural issues to mention, but some faint surface wear and hard water residue can be spotted in places.
