Hand crafted black onix or this piece has Hand stamped Mexico tv-120 975 or 925 definitely looks way more like a 7 than 2. It's realy old and 100% authentic. This piece I've had more ppl tell me I should really have it checked out it might be something an i tell them about my lifelong friend, Curator of a museum . when the museum closed he got a few of these pieces an he gave me this one. So I no it was museum worthy.not original chain but it comes with it. Charm is approx 2" by 3/4"
